Knowing that I draw and paint sometimes, every year on the occasion of Christmas in an event which is held at offices called Secret-Santa I am given some colors, brushes and likewise stuff. Every year do you believe it! First year I felt good, but after that I felt why I can't get anything different than brushes and colors!
Anyways, I received poster colors this year and I decided to try my hands on it. As usual I searched on the google for a picture I would like to paint and I found this little cute buddy. Without doing any pencil sketch being like a pro I directly started spreading colors on the paper. Once I gracefully finished it... no! it's a lie.. somehow I completed it!. I felt a complete disappointment within myself. I wasn't ready to share the disgrace with others I still did it to share my failed try and to my surprise people liked it and commended me!
After few months when I have no sight of the original picture I am able to see beauty in the picture too. Sheer luck!

ReplyDeleteThis one of yours doesn't spark Joy like others,but it does make one look at it for long.And at some point,it brings a smile to face.
A lonely but happy go lucky elephant in the meadows.Thats what i saw.
It's good work,little different from all your works earlier.
